Technical Challenges in Ultra-Low Emission Online Monitoring

 

  1. Low-concentration, high-humidity operating conditions impose higher requirements on instruments; existing smoke/dust monitors struggle to meet the requirements.
  2. Differences in particle size and color of dust particulate matter cause conventional opticalinstruments to be unable to accurately measure on-site concentrations.
  3. Large weighing comparison errors and slow value output for particulate matter, lack of real-timedetection means on-site, making effective supervision difficult.

 

Product Overview

 

The Dust Concentration Measuring Instrument (Ultra-Low) adopts the forward scattering method for measurement. Through full-path high-temperature extraction and isokinetic sampling, it avoids the influence of high-humidity water vapor on measurement. It can be used for continuous online monitoring of particulate matter under high-humidity, low-concentration conditions, and is particularly suitable for measuring low-concentration dust in flue gas after wet desulfurization and wet dust removal in coal-fired boilers.

 

Product Principle

 

Flue gas is extracted through isokinetic sampling, transmitted via high-temperature heated tracing, and passes through the measurement zone. The system ultimately collects effective optical signals to obtain precise dust concentration.

Typical Applications

 

Widely applied in: particulate matter monitoring in ultra-low emission flue gas; particulate matter measurement in wet flue gas at wet desulfurization outlets; particulate matter measurement in wet flue gas after wet electrostatic precipitators; particulate matter measurement in wet flue gas emitted from process industries; and particulate matter monitoring in wet flue gas after wet scrubbers in waste incineration.
